  • Designing management structures and development programmes with a Primary Care Network Training Hub

    New and interesting managerial roles and careers are possible in a transformed Primary Care world. We are working with a PCN Training Hub to develop these roles, and supporting development material and programmes

  • Delivering Workforce Planning Training and development across two Integrated Care Systems

    We are currently engaged with two Integrated Care Systems to deliver workforce redesign and planning development programmes. Whilst delivering real programmes of change, participants are benefitting from action-learning, training and access to on-line training and tools

  • Building and delivering Workforce Development and Training Hubs based on the SWIM model.

    We are helping two systems develop their infrastructure to deliver workforce redesign and planning. As pat of that, we’re helping them think through how they meet SWIM - It’s not big yet, but it’s a great model for system workforce working
